Week Three - Silver Seven!

Alas, after all the drama of the last few days, I barely made it to the Weight Watchers meeting this week. Yet, I did, and got weighed.

I lost 1.6kg (3.5lbs)

This means that since I started three weeks ago I lost total of 3.8kg (8.4lbs). Yes, that's more than a half a stone! Every time you loose 7 lbs on the weight watchers program, the leader gives you a little silver sticker in the shape of a number 7. I stuck mine inside my wallet.

I still can't quite believe that it's working. My diet didn't really change all that much - I eat smaller portions of the starchy things, such as pasta and potatoes, use a little less olive oil and butter. That's pretty much it. Seems that this is enough for one to finally start loosing weight.

I swear, I finally feel like the weight loss is achievable and I will get back to my size 10 pants - and look absolutely amazing :) I can't wait!
